Razor and bob haircuts---PLEASE!?

I have a cut similar to a bob, longer in the front and shorter in the back. I loved it the first time I got it done! However, the next time I got it cut the lady razored it. Horrible mistake! I had alot of fly aways and my hair was so damaged. I was told by my now stylist getting razored is one of the worst thing you can do to your hair. Good luck.
