I got a perm about a year ago and it has pretty much grown out. The bottom half of my hair still has some curl still left in it and the top of my hair is completely straight. I don't like that look and I hate having to straighten the bottom of my hair everyday.
I can't decide whether I want to get my hair permed again or if I want to cut my hair into a chin length bob. What should I do?

I think a bob would do best. You really don't want to perm it again when it's just going to grow out the same way. Then you'd have to redo the perm over and over, and that will fry your hair bad.
So I say do the bob.
