What is this hairstyle called ? How would I describe it to the hairstylist ? What face shapes would it look good on ?

I would call this style a long bob. It would be best if you could just take in the picture to your hairstylist otherwise I would tell him/her that you want a bob but you want the length to fall just below your chin or shoulder length. I think that this hairstyle would work on just about any face shape especially if you have a round or heart shaped face.
