I'd go for layers. Bobs are difficult to manage and in my opinion layers are cuter. But I'm sure you'd look nice with a bob, if you're willing to commit...

when you say average weight, like what do you mean?

some people are pretty small and say they are average and some people are kind of big that say they are average.

if you have a chubby face, it won't look very good though.

When bo cuts are on younger people they tend to make them look older. And if yoou have straight hair then it might not naturally curl in which makes the hairstyle cute. So i dont think it will work for you sorry. But it depends upon your type of hair.
