I would like to get a hot new 'Bob" cut. My hair right now is past my shoulders/mid back..but the ends are really damaged. I need about 3inches cut, and would really like an inverted bob, any suggestions?

yes. go to wal-mart and buy some hair products , so after your cut, you can keep it maintained to satisfaction. get your tips cut and dead ends cut off before original cut.
